Personal Assistant to Director

  • Tasks include: screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments and dealing with incoming emails on behalf of director.
  • Be able to converse well in English.
  • Possess excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft and online/web based applications.
  • At least a Diploma and/or possess equivalent relevant experience and qualifications.

Administrative Officer

  • Be able to converse well in English.
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays/Sundays.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft software and online/web based applications.
  • Current Polytechnic / University students are welcome to apply.
